איך מבטלים מנוי?
המנוי של ניקסון בוס נרכש דרך Apple, ולכן גם הביטול נעשה אצל Apple: באייפון נכנסים להגדרות ← השם שלכם (Apple ID) ← מינויים, בוחרים את NIX ולוחצים על ביטול מנוי. כדי שהמנוי לא יתחדש, מבטלים לפחות 24 שעות לפני מועד החידוש. מחיקת האפליקציה לא מבטלת מנוי.
איך משחזרים רכישות?
בניקסון בוס: הגדרות ← כספים ומנוי ← המנוי שלך ← שחזור רכישות. צריך להיות מחוברים לאותו Apple ID שבו בוצעה הרכישה.
איך מוחקים חשבון?
בעלי מספרה: בניקסון בוס, הגדרות ← מחיקת חשבון. אם אתם הבעלים היחידים של המספרה, המחיקה סוגרת את העסק ומוחקת את הנתונים שלו. מסמכים כספיים שהחוק מחייב לשמור נשמרים 7 שנים. מחיקת החשבון לא מבטלת מנוי של Apple, ואת זה מבטלים אצל Apple (ראו למעלה).

Who we are
NIX is a management system for barbershops, in three apps: NIX for customers, Nixon Barbers and Nixon Boss. It is operated by Afek Nixon, licensed dealer (Osek Murshe) no. 212353080.
How to reach us
A question, a problem or a request? Message us on WhatsApp or call.
We reply Sunday to Thursday, usually the same day.
A question about one appointment, such as changing or cancelling it? The shop you booked with is the fastest way, because appointments are managed by the shop.
Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
The Nixon Boss subscription is bought through Apple, so it is cancelled with Apple: on your iPhone open Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions, choose NIX and tap Cancel Subscription. To avoid being renewed, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore my purchases?
In Nixon Boss: Settings → Finance & subscription (כספים ומנוי) → Your subscription (המנוי שלך) → Restore purchases (שחזור רכישות). You need to be signed in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Shop owners: in Nixon Boss, Settings → Delete account (מחיקת חשבון). If you are the only owner of the shop, this closes the business and deletes its data. Financial records that the law requires us to keep are kept for 7 years. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription: cancel it with Apple (see above).
Customers and staff, and anyone who prefers not to do it in the app: you can ask for deletion on WhatsApp or by phone. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
